Training session with the reserve side

The available players - Abidal, Dos Santos, Pinto, Thiago, Bartra, Tello & Montoya - trained with Barça B this afternoon 

Puyol, Adriano and Jordi Alba trained apart from the group

After enjoying a couple of days off, the first team players returned to training ahead of this weekend’s league match against Celta. Even though most of the internationals are still with their respective national teams, the Ciutat Esportiva saw seven first team players - Abidal, Dos Santos, Pinto, Thiago, Bartra,Tello and Montoya - take to the training pitch under the watchful eye of Jordi Roura and Aureli Altimira. Thiago, Bartra, Tello and Montoya joined the team after the U21 Spain team took on their Russian counterparts yesterday afternoon (3-1). 

Three players - Puyol, Adriano and Jordi Alba - trained apart from the group as they focused on recovering from their respective injuries. The next session, which is scheduled for Wednesday at 18.00, will be attended by the whole team, including internationals.
